VBAC Birth Class
This one-day VBAC Birth Class is designed for families attempting a vaginal birth after a cesarean.
Topics covered include processing your previous birth(s), tackling your fears, and moving forward with confidence, step-by-step strategy to discovering a suitable provider for your birth and how to communicate with them, understanding the risk for uterine rupture and other critical facts and stats about VBAC, navigating your birth choices, safely avoiding the cascade of interventions and learn evidence-based reasons for when they may be needed, decreasing the pressure around induction and due dates and the truth about inducing VBAC, sorting through your personal beliefs about birth and align a powerhouse birth team and location with them, techniques to help relax your mind, body, and soul and how it will increase your chances of having a VBAC.
