Unless you've been assessed by a Pelvic Floor PT and diagnosed with a weak pelvic floor, kegels are actually the WORST birth prep yu can do! Why? The majority of women suffer from a pelvic floor that's too strong. Doing kegels will lead to more torsion. We need your pelvic floor to be SUPPLE for birth. So yeah...not good at all.
